This knives have been tested extensively and undergone many modifications during their development. made from D440C hot work tool steel so that they can be sharpened on a buffing wheel without loosing the temper from the blade. Hardened to 52 Rockwell they hold their edge yet are easy to maintain.
The handle on both the straight and curve blade is ergonomically designed to fit the hand and both the drop and straight blades are available in right and left handed.
